Member Details
We would also like to set down the criteria that profit and non-profit organizations need to fulfill in order to become eligible constituents of OSAC. There are two types of members:
The first group are those who have not paid membership fees and are eligible for the following:
1. The organization must be registered in the USA.
2. Your organization must be an American organization.
3. The organization must be located in either the West Bank or East Jerusalem.
4. If you are a dealer of an American company, you must accompany a letter of clearance from the organization in the USA.
5. If you are a local NGO, you must be USAID guarantees or contractors.
It should be made clear that these members are legible, free of charge, for a daily security update and a monthly security briefing. However they are not entitled to other services offered by OSAC.
The second OSAC member type are those who pay an annual membership fees
of USD 300 and will acquire up to 5 badges for their employees. 6-10 badges will cost the organization an extra USD 300 (total of USD 600) and so on.
The members of this group must fall under the same criteria as the first group, however their membership fees will offer them the following:
1. Access to our security coordinator who is on-call for coordination with the DCL for permits, free-access, etc… including some coordination with the authorities on both the Israeli and Palestinian sides, if they haven’t already succeeded in their attempts.
Please note that each annual, physical budget ends at March 31 of each year.
If you know of any organizations that fall under this criteria and are NOT already members of OSAC, we hope you will make the effort to forward their contact information to us so we can inform them of our services.
